How much money has each campaign raised and spent on this presidential campaign?

I know that John McCain is limited to 84.1 million dollars between the primary and election day but I am having a hard time finding out how much Barack Obama has to spend. I am trying to find out how much more money the Obama campaign has because he did not take the public financing. Please no political lectures here, I’m just trying to find the facts. I would like to have links to sites to confirm too. Thanks. You guys rock!
Well, it has been 3 days and so far no one has been able to actually answer the question with anything to back it up.
I am looking for some sort of proof, links, documents, something I can quote and use as a source. It is strange that the data is easy to find on the republican side but trying to find out how much money Obama has is proving difficult.
Please, please, please. Links, links, links. That information has to be out there somewhere!

Mccain is limited and Obama is not, I don’t know the total figures but I do know that McCain spent 53 million last month and Obama spent 155 Million!

John McCain spent only $2.43, that’s all his campaign was worth!

McCain spent 84 mill, obama spent over 600 mil. There are those other groups who spend money and run ads on bhalf of the candidates but those are the numbers the candidates campaigns spent. Keep in mind Obama promised to use public financing and talked about how it was better and then went back on his word when he realized not doing it would benefit him.

I do not know the exact figures, I just know that Obama has spent about three times as much as McCain.
And that is because he signed a paper saying he would use public money just like McCain.. then when push came to shove he reneged on it.
So you can see what will happen to all his empty promises… he will simply not keep them.. and not even bother to answer for it. He is a liar and a cheater.. plus much more. the sheep won’t listen.

McCain was not limited for the Primaries.
Last I heard Obama had raised over $650,000,000 for the election and is still raising money because people don’t want another 4 more years like the last 8 years.

So far Obama has spent over $400 million. He managed to raise $150 mil in one month from a struggling economy in increments of $200 (which don’t need to be declared). I find this extremely suspicious as to WHO is paying for his campaign.

Either way you look at this ‘how much figure’ it comes down to where they spend it as the beneficiaries of this craziness. ABC, CNN, CBS, FOX, GOOGLE, WALL STREET JOURNAL, YAHOO!, WASHINGTON POST, Clear Channel, Time, Newsweek and so on. Do we the people benefit yes in a round about way we get it back in some form whether it is through corporate profits or employee salaries. But the great thing is each candidate has to spend it pretty much to get elected. Thank you rich folk of America for donating to this wonderful craziness and supporting crazy time in America. Both you Republicans and Democrats should be ashamed of yourselves for spending the figures that have been floating around lately on this campaign. It’s shameful to even know the figures. That money could have gone to so many great causes it’s a shame both democrats and republicans dole out money like this for complete and utter insanity!
