those about the millions in donations from over seas.
There were also allegations of credit card fraud on a

If a candidate accepts federal matching funds, then campaign spending is limited (about $10 million). By opting out, a candidate does not need to abide by the campaign limits (he can spend as much as he or she can afford). Obama raised over $700 million in campaign funds (compared to McCain’s $350 million) – obviously well over the federal funding limits if he opted in. Obama raised over 3 times as much as McCain in individual contributions and both raised about the same in PAC money. You might want to check out opensecrets.org for more info.

And as for Soros…individual contributors can only give $2,500…while Soros might have raised a nice chunk of change, anyone who thinks it was over say $25 million is probably an idiot or biased.
