Are you surprised that Obama is playing the race card this early in the general election campaign?

He appears as though he is trying to teflon-coat himself by implying that anyone who criticizes him is "racist". I think this tactic will backfire on him in a big way.
I thought he would save this angle until after the convention.
Hussein is a typical lying politician who is black which automatically means he will use the race card at every opportunity.

He has unequivocally stated that he doesn’t think McCain is a racist, but has said that the McCain campaign is cynical.
And with Karl Rove now advising McCain, that’s being nice.

Not shocked that he played the Race card. Hes been looking at the Daily tracking polls he knows he is in trouble. As of today they are even Last week he was up nine. Next week you will see Mc Cain ahead in the polls. The American ppl are now seeing that Obama has nothing for them to lead this Nation.
