I need help with an Ad Campaign?

Posted on April 19th, 2010 by admin

I have to create two ad campaigns for one product. The product should be faily simple, and appropriate for a 10th grade classroom.

But I need help…
What should my product be and will I get an audience to want to buy it?

You need to choose a product that is easy to use and operate. Don’t pick any type of electronics anything that requires assembly or must be used with another product. in other words, no mp3 players, no video games, nothing expensive or large either. and kids don’t buy educational products, their parents do. So how about choosing something that you would buy, think like a buyer not a seller. what would make you want to buy it. have the product there and let everyone handle it, use it. If they hold it they create a bond with it and are more likely to buy it.
have fun and try to involve the class in any demonstrations. ask them if they have any ideas as to what else they could use it for.
Visit a couple of variety stores, or stores that sell novelty items.
just remember, to think about what you would buy, how much you would pay, and what would convince you to buy it if you weren’t sure. The rest of your classmates will probably feel the same way.

Is the use of sexual imagery in a certain ad campaign unethical?

Posted on April 13th, 2010 by admin

I know that Camel used sexual innuendos in some of their ads. Are there any more? and do you believe this is unethical?

tons of products use scantily clad women and/or sexual innuendo – remember the beer commercials with the women who start fighting with each other and ripped each others clothes off? – a couple of yr ago

sex sells

how do i get my ad campaign idea moving?

Posted on April 11th, 2010 by admin

i have an idea for a line of commercials. but i’m not affiliated with the company the idea is for. also if i do get these commercials out there what can i expect to be paid?

So let me get this straight… You have an idea for some commercials, and now you need a product or service to go with that idea?

I’d go ahead and try and make a low budge version of the commercials with good digital home video equipment and PC editing software. Try and get as close to realizing your idea as you can with a limited budget.

You might want to put some clip on the Internet and try and gather public opinion on the ads and if they prove catchy. Next take your work to the ad agency that the company in question has hired to promote their products.

Most importantly you should know that unless your idea is 100% phenomenally fantastic and revolutionary it will be rejected. They may not want to have anything to do with your idea because it didn’t come from them. They might try and discourage you in order to keep to keep you from becoming competition.

How to make an ad campaign and sell a homemade game?

Posted on April 9th, 2010 by admin

I am working on this project in school and we have to make an ad campaign and tell how we will and can sell our game. How do you make an ad campaign and sell my game?????

Right now fastest and best way would be to make a video and get it on YouTube and others like it. With the right keyword research you could hundreds of people coming to see your board game in a matter of minutes.

Also Facebook and Twitter as easy and fast ways to build up a list of potential candidates for getting your board game. All these avenues are free of charge if you know how to do them. I suggest your visit the Warrior Forum for a tremendous amounts of help and guidance in helping you do this project.

Where can I view Mass Mutual’s ad campaign regarding the commercial on a girl growing up?

Posted on April 7th, 2010 by admin

When it was on TV it had words scrolling from bottom to top with a mailbox and pink balloons in the background. Some of the words were "bug eater", "drama queen", "socialist", "feminist", and "war correspondent". There were others but I can’t remember them.

I searched through all my sources plus Yahoo & Google, TV Guide, radio news and could not find the answer. You will have to e-mail Mass Mutual.

* Have a Good Day *
