King Mike Bloomberg and his mini-me need to be drug tested or impeached giving out raises when we are in a recession and New Yorkers are being laid off, fired or asked to take a pay cut.

The YouTube link above is about the Village Voice piece exposing Quinn padding her campaign staff with her City Hall staff…nice to know she gave them raises. Do you think that is incentive to get out there and campaign hard.

No wonder city council turns a deaf ear to the people they are supposed to be favoring rather than developers. How fitting underscores my point about the Bloomberg administration’s reckless tsunami of community crushing development where they did not put safety and infrastructure first – the put the developer first not the people of New York!

hey I would like to see Bloomy eliminate more of those”city issued cars” those are those black Mercury Marquis and Crown Vics that have red lights and sirens like cops but are issued to many city agencies and “city drivers” usually ex cops or current cops assigned to drive these overpaid bureaucrats to meetings instead of letting these fat cats drive themselves or take the subway like the rest of us

No third term for Christine Quinn. Slush funds, now plush pay raises. She has no sense of obligation or accountability to the public. But an election is coming up, and we get to make a tally of what shes done to help — or hurt — the city.

Quinn’s spokesperson said it was a “cost-of-living” increase. Does she even realize what a slap in the face to every working stiff who has been laid off or hasn’t had a decent wage increase in ages this is? I’m sure none of their families were scrimping or starving before on the already overinflated paychecks they were living on. Gloomberg and his pitiful lackies must be removed ASAP at all costs.
